English Unlocked was founded in 2005, and is based in Jyväskylä, Finland. The company is a training centre for business professionals, aiming to improve the business English, business communication skills and cultural awareness of its customers.
Who am I?
Hi, I’m David Houghton, the founder of English Unlocked, nice to meet you!
I have worked in business English training since 1992, helping business professionals on a daily basis. Most of my training career has been in Finland, though I have also lived and taught in Sweden, Germany and the UK.
Over the years I have taught in many different companies and organisations, ranging from the metal, paper, forest and food industries to banking, aviation, IT, public relations and many more.
My skills and experience allow me to offer you a personal and professional service at a competitive price.
What do I want? I want my customers to leave the room with a smile on their faces, and a new skill they can use immediately in the workplace.
